Welcome to ArcLyghtAI, operated by Tedavan Inc. By using ArcLyghtAI, ArcLyghtCore, the Demo Mode, the AI Marketplace, the Playground, the Agent Builder, or any related tools (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Use.

- You agree not to use ArcLyghtAI to:

- Generate hate, violence, harassment, or illegal activity
- Produce medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions
- Attempt to override safety systems
1.2 Accuracy & Limitations
ArcLyghtAI may generate:
- Incorrect information
- Outdated data
- Incomplete responses
- Hallucinations or fabricated details
You understand that AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate.
1.3 No Professional Advice
ArcLyghtAI does not provide:

- Legal advice
- Financial or tax advice
- Emergency or crisis assistance
You must not rely on AI responses for any professional decision.
1.4 User-Generated Agents
- When creating custom agents:
- You are fully responsible for their instructions
- You must not create harmful or abusive agents
- Tedavan Inc. is not liable for outputs produced by custom instructions
1.5 Demo Mode
- Demo Mode:
- Resets every 10 minutes
- Does not save conversations
- Is provided as-is with no guarantee of reliability
- Is not representative of the final product
1.6 Liability
Tedavan Inc. is not liable for:
- Losses caused by AI outputs
- Decisions made based on AI text
- Damages caused by inaccurate or misleading responses
- Misuse of the Services
1.7 Right to Modify
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
2. PRIVACY POLICY
ArcLyghtAI respects your privacy and is designed to minimize personal data collection, especially in Demo Mode.

In Demo Mode:

- No chats are linked to identity
- Local custom agents are stored only on your device

We do NOT moderate Demo Mode outputs manually. You agree to use ArcLyghtAI responsibly and at your own discretion. You must verify all information from ArcLyghtAI before using it in any real-world context.

- No chat logs saved
8.2 Custom Agents
Stored ONLY in localStorage: lives on your device and may be deleted at any time.
8.3 Future Accounts
Will follow GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA-compatible design where relevant.
9. CUSTOM AGENT BUILDER — LIABILITY STATEMENT
When using the agent builder:
- You define the behavior
- You set the instructions
- You determine tone and purpose
- You control safety boundaries
Tedavan Inc. is NOT responsible for harmful instructions you create, inaccurate outputs from custom agents, misuse of custom-generated personalities, or any damage caused by user-designed agents. Custom agents are user-owned and user-controlled.
