1.4 User-Generated Agents

• When creating custom agents:
  • You are fully responsible for their instructions
  • You must not create harmful or abusive agents
  • Tedavan Inc. is not liable for outputs produced by custom instructions

1.5 Demo Mode

• Demo Mode:
  • Resets every 10 minutes
  • Does not save conversations
  • Is provided as-is with no guarantee of reliability
  • Is not representative of the final product

1.6 Liability

Tedavan Inc. is not liable for:

• Losses caused by AI outputs
• Decisions made based on AI text
• Damages caused by inaccurate or misleading responses
• Misuse of the Services

1.7 Right to Modify

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

When using the agent builder:

Tedavan Inc. is NOT responsible for harmful instructions you create, inaccurate outputs from custom agents, misuse of custom-generated personalities, or any damage caused by user-designed agents. Custom agents are user-owned and user-controlled.
